BARBARA SVETLICK OF RIVEROFGLASSSTUDIO has sold her beads on Ebay since 2004. Her personal e-commerce site is new. She has sold offline at three ISGB Gathering Bead Bazaars since 2003. All city/state taxes were been paid immediately following all shows. BARBARA SVETLICK has a full-time career separate from her lampworking and has NEVER taught glass bead making classes.

It was NOT due to FRAUD that BARBARA SVETLICK did not have the Ft. Lauderdale city permit to operate her home-based business. It was merely an oversight. She was NOT "officially served" violation papers as stated on Ullja's Online Fraud Investigation site. BARBARA SVETLICK was notified by the city that she needed the license to be in compliance. BARBARA SVETLICK immediately applied for and was granted the license.

BARBARA SVETLICK OF RIVEROFGLASSSTUDIO does not owe any business property tax Broward County in Florida for her studio. Broward County officials had this to say regarding home businesses:

The only time you would need to file a Tangible Tax Return for your home business
is if you have assets such as furniture, fixtures, computers, etc… specifically used
for your business. However, even if you do your value will still most likely fall
under $25,000 and would be exempt from taxes per Amendment 1 which allows a $25,000
exemption for all personal property accounts.

There is NO EVIDENCE that DANIELLE WEEMS has evaded Florida State Sales Tax. Collection and reporting of sales tax is required only for sales within the state, and Weems pays her taxes quarterly.

DANIELLE WEEMS was placed on Ullja Kuntze's blog the day she posted tax help information and spoke out against certain individuals creating sock puppet accounts. Apparently SOMEONE was creating Etsy accounts solely for the purpose of posting inflammatory statements and links in Etsy forum threads where the Online Fraud Investigation web sites were being discussed, seemingly in an effort to force Etsy admins to close the threads. Ullja Kuntze also made a purchase from Danielle Weems shop after Florida business hours in order to obtain her full name and address, and posted to the Online Fraud Investigation site the same evening. HENCE, no phone calls to Florida state officials were made.
